Returns

If a piece is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

• The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging
• Email us first and we will send return instructions
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece arrives back with us

Wrong ring size? We will exchange it. Read the Ring Size Guide before ordering to avoid this — sizing is the single most common reason for a return.

Warranty

[CONFIRMAR período] against manufacturing defects — stones coming loose, clasps failing, plating flaking under normal wear. This does not cover ordinary tarnish, which polishes off, or damage from impact, chemicals or wear in water.
