1. Who we are

This store is operated by AVORIS ENTERPRISES LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States, with its principal office at 1045 Collins Street, Melbourne, FL 32935, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to AVORIS ENTERPRISES LLC, trading as Marquezza.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products, materials and colour

We describe our materials as precisely as we can. Every piece is made on a core of solid 925 sterling silver with a gold finish where stated, and set with lab grown stones where stated.

Because our pieces are photographed under studio lighting, the colour and finish you see on screen may differ slightly from the piece you receive. Screen calibration also varies between devices.

Lab grown stones are chemically and optically equivalent to mined stones of the same type. They are not mined, and we never describe them as such.

4. Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, in which case we notify you and refund you in full. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where payment is declined, or where the product is unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

8. Care and warranty

Jewelry requires care. Silver tarnishes on contact with air and skin chemistry; this is normal and polishes off. Damage caused by impact, chemicals, cosmetics, chlorinated or salt water, or by wearing pieces while sleeping, swimming or exercising is not a manufacturing defect.

We cover manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery — stones coming loose or falling from their setting, clasps or fittings failing, and finish flaking or peeling. Email us photographs and we will replace the piece or refund it, your choice.

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights. Consumers in the European Union have a minimum two-year right to remedy for goods that were not of the required quality at delivery, and consumers in the United Kingdom have equivalent statutory protection. Those rights apply regardless of the period stated above.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this store — text, photography, graphics and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Accuracy of information

We work to keep this store accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all content is free of error. Where information is out of date, we are under no obligation to update it except as required by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this store or from your purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Prohibited use

You may not use this store to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, harvest data, or interfere with the security of the site.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings there.

14. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
