Our Standard

There are two versions of almost every piece of jewelry sold online.

We know, because we were quoted both.

The first is brass, dipped in a whisper of gold. It photographs beautifully. It arrives looking exactly like the picture. Then you wear it for three weeks — and the gold thins at the edges, the brass underneath meets your skin, and your finger turns green.

The second is solid 925 sterling silver, hallmarked, finished properly in 18k gold. It looks identical in the photograph. It does not look identical a year later.

Most of what you see advertised is the first one, priced as though it were the second.

Marquezza only makes the second one.

What that means in practice

  • Solid 925 sterling silver in every piece — hallmarked, so you can verify it yourself rather than take our word for it
  • Lab grown stones — chemically identical to mined, at a fraction of the cost, and we say so plainly
  • No invented original prices with a permanent red discount stamped over them
  • Full materials listed on every product page — including the things most stores leave out

We are not the cheapest jewelry you will find today. That is the entire point.
