How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We dispatch within 3 business days, and delivery takes 7–15 business days after that. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

No. Import duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay, and nothing is collected on delivery. If a carrier ever bills you anyway, send us the receipt and we will refund it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card, debit card, and other checkout options as available in your region, all through a fully secure payment environment.

How do I exchange or return a product?

You have 30 days after delivery to request an exchange or return. Return shipping is paid by the customer on change of mind. See all the details on our Shipping & Returns page.

What are your pieces made of?

Electroplated brass, finished in gold or silver tone depending on the piece. They are not solid gold or sterling silver, and we will never describe them as though they were. See Materials & Care for how to keep the finish.
